Squarespace Template Policies

Purchasing Policy

When you purchase a Squarespace Template, you will receive a link to accept the template as a new website. This template will not be added to an existing website unless you purchase an Install Package add-on.

I will always do my best to have your template sent within 24 hours, but please understand that this time frame may vary due to potential unforeseen circumstances. Although it is unlikely, I cannot guarantee that it won’t take longer. Please email support@tracyinman.com if it has been over 24 hours. Please note that there may be a delay in this time frame over weekends and holidays.

Once the template is added to your account, it is no longer mine and becomes your responsibility to add your own content and edit the site. If you make any accidental changes to the template, I cannot come back into the site to reverse them.

A purchase of a Template includes your chosen template sent to you only once.

If you make any accidental changes to your template and want the template sent again, or if you don’t accept the invitation to your new template within 6 months of purchase and your free trial expires, then you will need to repurchase the template so I can prepare and send it again.

Your template will come into your account on a free trial. If you let this free trial run out, Squarespace will mark your website for deletion. If your website gets deleted and you want the template resent, you will need to repurchase the template so I can prepare and send it again. To avoid letting your trial run out, you can ask Squarespace support for a trial extension or upgrade your site to a paid plan.

If you purchase a Website and Sales Page together, I will send them together as one website unless you contact me beforehand and request otherwise. Please note that your Sales Page may look slightly different than the demo because the Sales Page will take on the design settings of the Website Template, such as fonts, colors, and spacing.

Refund Policy

Because all of my products are digital, they cannot be returned or exchanged. I cannot issue refunds after the purchase is made. Please be sure to review the template demos, features, FAQs, and requirements before purchasing. If you have any template-specific questions, please contact me before you purchase.

Support Policy

Your template purchase comes with the following support included, valid for 90 days from the date of purchase. Any support after this time will be at an extra cost.

I am happy to help you with support relating to:

  • Template related questions

  • Basic Squarespace questions related to the template

  • Custom code support only for CSS that is included with the template

Your template purchase does not include support for:

  • Squarespace advice not related to the template

  • Business advice

I offer support via my support form and aim to respond within 24 hours Monday to Friday (one business day). Please understand that this time frame may vary due to unforeseen circumstances and bank holidays.

Install Policy

(Only applicable if you have purchased one of my Squarespace Template Install packages.)

This install service will transfer your chosen Squarespace Template or templates into your existing Squarespace website.

I will always do my best to have your template installed within 48 hours, but please understand that this time frame may vary due to potential unforeseen circumstances. Although it is unlikely, I cannot guarantee that it won’t take longer. Please email support@tracyinman.com if it has been over 48 hours and you are waiting for an install. Please note that there may be a delay in this time frame over weekends and holidays.

Once the template is installed into your website, it is no longer mine and it becomes your responsibility to add your own content and edit the site. If you make any accidental changes to the template, I cannot come back into the site to reverse them.

While I am in your site, I will do my best not to disturb any of your existing content, but I cannot be held responsible in the unlikely event of any issues or glitches during the install process that result in removal or disruption of your existing content.

I reserve the right to decline or cancel any installation at any time. In the event an installation order is cancelled, I will refund the full amount of the Install service. However, I cannot refund the Squarespace Template purchased in conjunction with this order.

Copyright + Licensing Policies

Squarespace Website Templates:

Each Website Template purchase may be used for one project/business only, but you can reuse the templates as many times as you want to within the one project/business.

Squarespace Sales Page Templates:

Each Sales Page Template purchase may be used for one project/business only, but you can reuse the templates as many times as you want to within the one project/business.

Social Media Templates:

Each template pack purchase may be used for one project/business only, but you can reuse the templates as many times as you want to within the one project/business.

By purchasing a template, you agree that:

If you are using the template to build a design for a client, you are prohibited from claiming or promoting these designs as solely your own.

You may not resell the design or claim the design as your own.

You may not share the template, graphics, files, or any design elements provided in your purchase with anyone else.

All photography is AI generated and included with the template. You may use these photographs or replace them with your own or sourced images. I hold no liability for any image licensing or copyright issues that may occur through your unlawful use of images.

The design is copyrighted to me, Tracy Inman, and I own the rights to all designs and files (excluding pre-made graphics in Canva) included in your purchase and design.

Your completed website design may be used in my template showcase, sales pages, or on social media for demonstration and promotion purposes.

Misc Important Notes

You will need a Squarespace subscription to use these templates. Please read each template description carefully to see what is needed for that particular template.
